" A small hotel with a lot of authentic character right in the heart of Florence, two blocks from the Duomo and four blocks from the Uffizi/Palazzo Vecchio. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the care that was taken with every detail of our stay. Our top-floor, walk-up room was clean with an extremely comfortable bed and spacious shower. Continental breakfasts showcased a diversity of savory and sweet foods, including freshly-made pancakes. Be sure to take full advantage of the opportunity to drink wine in their recently rediscovered 14th century wine cellar! "
